1 Ripe Eco Farms Mexican Hass Avocado 🥑 (halved, seeded & peeled)
1 tablespoon lemon 🍋 juice
1/2 cup light dairy sour cream
1 clove Garlic minced
1/8 teaspoon salt
Lemon 🍋 wedge
4 medium red, yellow and/or green sweet peppers 🌶, seeded & cut into strips
In a medium bowl, use a fork to mash avocado with lemon juice. Stir in sour cream, garlic & salt. Garnish with a lemon 🍋 wedge. Serve with pepper strips..
